PyroMark Custom Assays are for analyzing any DNA sequence by Pyrosequencing, for applications ranging from insertion-deletion and SNP analysis to microbial identification and drug resistance typing. Enter the sequence of pre-designed PCR and sequencing primers and receive a ready-to-use assay with optimized primer concentrations. You can enter sequences from the literature, from previous projects or from the PyroMark Assay Design Software 2.0.
