Hematopoiesis

Hematopoiesis, the formation of new blood cells, relies on critical signaling pathways such as Wnt, Notch, Hedgehog, fibroblast growth factor (FGF), Hippo and transforming growth factor-β (TGFβ). These pathways are essential not only for normal blood cell development but also play significant roles in hematopoietic disorders and cancers.
