Is expressed in several structures, including early conceptus; gonad; hemolymphoid system gland; liver; and lung. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome 20 and pancreatic cancer. Orthologous to human LIG3 (DNA ligase 3).
